BRIGHT AND EARLY … 

NEW CLASS — MONDAYS
7:30-8:30 a.m. Yoga Basics at Movement Arts.

A gentle but physically challenging wake-up practice. Wring out the stress and power the start of your day with an energizing but cautious practice.

Classes will begin and end with breathing-meditation.

Beginners to yoga are welcome.

  • Must be able to easily get up and down from the floor,
  • Healthy knees preferred, but modifications are offered.
